Fall 2008 Colt Training Class is well underway Students in ASci 185T, Beginning Colt Training, under the supervision of instructor and graduate student Sally Venn, are learning to train young horses, from the ground up. Below are the students and their equine partners in this fall's class: |

| Horses and students are
paired up based on level of training, experience and compatibility of
both horses and humans. Some horse's have previously had training,
while others are long yearlings, just starting with ground work. Students get instruction as well as time to practice their skills during twice weekly class meetings. Click here for more information about the colt training classes. |
